However, it was saddening to see how difficult it is for us to change deeply ingrained habits. I felt that, if people could have so-called spontaneous remissions from M.E. or stage 4 cancer in a matter of days, why should others have to fight half a life time to overcome an addiction or keep stuck in very uncomfortable comfort zones for years on end? There had to be a protocol to access the subconscious mind and ignite change in a quicker way.
So I retreated, and took courses with Himalayan visionary Anand Mehrotra, addiction-expert Tommy Rosen, contemporary mystic Caroline Myss, ‘game-changer’ and neuroscientist Dr. Joe Dispenza and recently I enrolled in the study of ThetaHealing®. I received powerful teachings and learned techniques that undoubtedly have the potential to transform lives in an instant from the inside out. They definitely transformed my life.
Important to know, and you might have noticed it too, that what we call our ‘comfort zone’ has nothing to do with being comfortable. On the contrary, it is the kind of life situations that we create over and over again because of our dependency on the hormones of stress in our body. Hormones that are produced by often unconscious or semi-conscious limiting beliefs such as unworthiness, resentments, lack and fear, that we are so much accustomed to that we are not even aware of these thoughts anymore. They run unseen our lives while we are planning the future or keep returning to the past.
These hidden beliefs is what keeps us from manifesting the life that we really want and what makes us repeating the same old behavior with the same old results.
